Two People Exchanging Saliva Shortlisted for the Academy Award
Celebrated in Paris with a special screening at Jeu de Paume
Paris, December 2025 — Two People Exchanging Saliva, directed by Natalie Musteata and Alexandre Singh, has been shortlisted for the Academy Award for Best Live Action Short Film.
This recognition marks a major step in the film’s international journey, following its circulation across leading festivals and its growing visibility during awards season.
The milestone was recently celebrated in Paris, with a special screening at the Jeu de Paume, bringing together the film’s team and collaborators. The screening was held in the presence of Isabelle Huppert, who has since joined the project as executive producer, as well as Catherine Deneuve, reflecting the strong support the film continues to receive within the artistic community.
