ALAMBIC provides professionals film professionals keen on producing films about Iran with exclusive access to a comprehensive archive of meticulously curated photos collected throughout years of production. Organised by decade starting from the 1970s to the present, each photo comes with an identity card. With the help of specific keywords, users can easily search and locate the desired images.
This rich resource offers an in-depth insight into the ambiance and aesthetics of each era, including accessories, urban and public spaces, interiors, private spaces, and professional dress codes. The primary objective is to assist costume and set designers as well as filmmakers in crafting authentic and true-to-life settings, enhancing the overall realism and historical accuracy of their productions.

The Costume department’s core objective revolves around two key facets: crafting authentic, era-specific attire to suit actors and subsequently collaborating closely with directors to manifest their creative vision. With a deep understanding of the cultural landscape of Iran and the broader Middle East, we have collected a vast archive of resources over the years that provide valuable insights into the aesthetics of each era. Our expertise enables us to capture the essence of the region in our costume creations, ensuring that our designs accurately represent the styles of the given region and enhance the historical accuracy of productions.
Consultancy
The Consultancy department at Alambic Productions specialises in offering tailored advice for the film and television industries. Our services encompass various art consultancy branches like Costume, Set design, Graphics, Acting, and Dialect coaching, among others. With a profound grasp of Iran’s cultural landscape and the wider Middle East, we’ve amassed a vast archive of resources over the years. These resources provide invaluable insights into each era’s ambiance and aesthetics, including accessories, urban and public spaces, interiors, fonts, field recordings, and more. Our expertise enables us to capture the essence of the region in our creations, ensuring accurate representation of styles and enhancing historical authenticity in productions.
Sound
ALAMBIC offers expert services in music production and sound design, music post production, digital mix and mastering as well as sound editing and recording. Our studio is equipped with a comprehensive array of equipment, including top-notch monitoring systems, D.A.W: Logic Pro / Ableton Live / LUNA Recording System / WaveLab Pro, and Plug-ins: Universal Audio / GRM Tools / Softube / Waves / iZotope / Soundtoys – etc.
Additionally our studio boasts a curated collection of both analogue and digital synthesisers from companies such as: Moog, Elektron, Nord, Doepfer, Korg, etc. ensuring a versatile and superior audio production experience.
Film Graphics
As a part of Atelier Alambic and an integral part of our production house, we specialise in Film Graphics, offering comprehensive services ranging from poster design, opening and ending credits, titles, animations, motion graphics, and various visual elements within the body of the film, alongside crafting promotional items for social media platforms.
