Officially Selected for the Cannes Immersive Competition

We are thrilled to announce that LILI, our narrative-driven, interactive experience, has officially been selected for the first-ever Cannes Immersive Competition 2025, part of the Festival de Cannes’ main selection.

Co-created by Alambic Production, iNK Stories, and the Royal Shakespeare Company, LILI offers a bold reimagining of Macbeth, blending theatre, cinema, and gameplay into a fully immersive screen-life experience.

In this innovative adaptation, Lady Macbeth (Lili), played by Zar Amir Ebrahimi, navigates contemporary Iran where power, ambition, and surveillance collide. The audience engages directly with Lili’s personal digital world, influencing the course of the story in real-time through interactive choices.

We are honored to be part of this new immersive section at Cannes, alongside some of the most groundbreaking works in the international XR and interactive field. The world premiere of LILI will take place at the Carlton Hotel, from May 13 to May 23, 2025.

LILI marks not only a new step in our creative collaborations but also a landmark moment for the intersection of immersive storytelling and the world’s most prestigious film festival.
