Two People Exchanging Saliva
Officially Selected for the César 2026

We are proud to announce that Two People Exchanging Saliva, directed by Alexandre Singh and Natalie Musteata, has been officially selected by the Académie des Arts et Techniques du Cinéma as part of the Official Selection for the César 2026 — Best Fiction Short Film.

Among 24 selected short films, Two People Exchanging Saliva will be featured on the César 2026 Viewing Platform, where Academy members will be able to watch the eligible works of the year.

The filmmakers will be celebrated alongside the other selected directors at the Short Film Brunch, the first event of the 2025–2026 César season, taking place on Sunday, December 14, 2025.

The first round of voting will open on January 6, 2026, leading to the announcement of the final nominees on January 28, 2026.
