LILI
A Macbeth-Inspired Interactive Experience in Development

Alambic Production is proud to collaborate with iNK Stories and the Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC) on the development of LILI — an interactive, narrative-driven experience inspired by Macbeth.

Set in contemporary Iran, LILI centers around Lady Macbeth (Lili), portrayed by Zar Amir Ebrahimi. Blending gaming, theatre, and cinematic storytelling, the project reimagines the witches as hackers, and invites the player to navigate Lili’s fate through her personal digital devices. As the story unfolds, the audience’s choices influence the character’s destiny in real time, building a unique, screen-life thriller format.

The project is currently in advanced development, with production scheduled to begin later in 2025.

This trailblazing collaboration continues to explore the boundaries between immersive theatre, video games, and interactive storytelling.
