Ce corps dansant, presque musical, au langage universel et aux mouvements impulsant le rythme du montage, s\u2019impose comme principal ressort po\u00e9tique et comique de son art. Au point qu\u2019en 1927, lorsque le cin\u00e9ma mondial bascule du muet au parlant, Chaplin r\u00e9siste et mise de plus belle sur l\u2019\u00e9loquence musicale de ses films.
